What it means to be a Xero award winner
To celebrate our winners achievements they get:
- a trophy to take pride in, or place in, their office
- two free tickets to US Xerocon 2028
- digital assets including social tiles to promote their award win
- an all-expenses paid trip for individual category winners and their plus one in Fall 2026
The award categories
This year, eight trophies will be awarded across the US accountant and bookkeeping categories.

The AI Efficiency Champion Award recognizes an accounting or bookkeeping firm that is using AI in practical, responsible ways to drive efficiency, improve client outcomes, and elevate their people, with Xero at the core of their workflow.
