We use technology as much as possible to communicate and automate all elements of the finance function in the small businesses and startups that we work with. We communicate with our clients via what's app, Google Hangouts and Slack and we use a secure portal (Accountancy Manager AM) to share confidential and sensitive information. We upload documents here so that clients can esign this information to confirm approval with a clear audit trail. We use Xero, Clear Books and Zoho for bookkeeping, Dext to collect receipts and Google sheets to share working papers with you. If you were to start working with us we would send you our engagement letter via AM for electronic signature and we send an Anti Money Laundering (AML) check request to you as a director via our AML software (Amiqus).
