I’m an accountant or bookkeeper. How can I nominate our business for a Xero Partner Award?
You’ll need to put together a Xero Partner Awards entry and submit it no later than 11:55 pm on Monday, June 30, 2025. Writing a Xero Partner Awards entry can be fun and a great opportunity to get the team together and reflect on what you’ve achieved over the last year. Once you’ve drafted your entry, head to awards.xero.com to submit your nomination.
When will finalists be announced?
Finalists will be announced in early August 2025.
Where and when will the Xero Awards event and winner announcement take place?
The Award winners will be announced virtually and the winner’s exclusive celebration will take place between October 22 and 24, 2025 in Chattahoochee Hills, GA.
Why should we nominate ourselves for a Xero Partner Award?
There are many reasons to nominate your practice or company for a Xero Partner Award, whether you’re shortlisted or crowned a winner or not. For a start, it’s an excellent opportunity to reflect on your achievements and bring them to light. And if you’re a finalist or winner, your award-winning status is a great talking point when you’re trying to win new business, and it can help you build brand awareness.
If you’re a winner:
- you’ll get to attend the invite-only Xero Partner Awards celebration (trust us, we know how to celebrate!).
- you’ll be sent a Xero Partner Awards winners pack to promote your award win. This includes: a trophy to take pride in or place in your office a free ticket to US Xerocon 2026 digital assets including social tiles to promote your award win a media release template and tips for getting in touch with your local press
- your clients will feel validated that they’re with a Xero partner who’s happy to step up and be recognized.
Can a submitted entry be changed to ‘In progress’?
The answer is yes! Should you need to update information in your entry for whatever reason, we can return the entry to ‘In progress’ up until June 30 when entries close.

Short form rules
Contest open only to legal residents of 50 US/DC, 18 years of age and older. Must be either an accounting or bookkeeping practice or firm that held a partner or business edition subscription between 4/1/24 to 3/31/25. Void where prohibited by law. Contest entry period begins 9:00 a.m. ET on 5/13/25 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 6/30/25. Judging period starts 7/8/25 and 7/31/25.
